Wednesday Poetry

More than half a decade has passed.

I wrote this years ago, but only now have I found the chance to share it. This piece was born from the daily commute — from crowded trains, unmoving buses, and routines that repeat without certainty. It came from the quiet yet persistent struggle of being a working individual in Metro Manila.

The move from jeepneys, buses, trains, and motorcycle rides, there are questions that never quite fade.

Ngayon, kumusta?

Metro Manila, ganito ka pa rin ba?
